At ECD Lacrosse, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new, unused condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
