How long does shipping take for custom-strung heads?
Custom-strung heads typically require 3-5 business days for our professional stringers to complete before shipping. Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-strung heads and personalized apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do ECD carbon shafts come with a warranty?
Yes, all ECD carbon fiber shafts are covered by a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.
Do you ship lacrosse gear internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
